  So I haven't had an episode in a while, (I think it has to do greatly with taking my medication daily), but I'm so terrified that it's coming. The past few days I have been in a funk. Just like a weird mood and I can't stop thinking.   I'll save my intro because all of us on here are here for the same reason but let's just say that last night was probably one of my worst PMDD episodes (as I like to call them) and I'm desperate. Desperate to find an end to the nightmare that is PMDD. My doctor prescribed me an antidepressant, which I'm only supposed to take if I start to feel out of control, but it happens at different times of the month. I never know what is going to trigger me.
