They bitch and complain about SW's not doing jobs. Well in order to our jobs there are forms that we are REQUIRED to complete that must be printed.
yet we have a printer that fucks up on a daily basis, that includes or fax machine. so when you get a court order, ordering you to provide so and so with some part of your paper work, you can't because you don't have a working fax machine. and the person responsible for maintenance is gone on vacation until Monday.
the only working fax machine is located in an office upstairs where people have thier own jobs and can't be disturbed every 15 minutes by someone from CPS asking to use the fax machine.
We are not allowed to get paper out of the supply room, they have started locking that room, it only has paper and files, but they lock it now to keep us from getting paper, so if and when the printer does work, which is RARE, we end up with no paper.
The lights are burned out in the men's and women's bathroom in foster care.
