When things go well...
Well looking back on the past couple of weeks and the stressors I have been through; I realize I have survived very well. The most important thing is I didn't miss my meds and they really are the key. My cocktail is doing everything it should, it helps keep the highs and lows in check; and the boost of valium helps too. There has been a lot of bad things that could have thrown me over the edge, like loosing my disability benifits and dealing with my family. I managed to survive them all and kept my focus on my wellness. This has been a great benifit to my immidiate family espically, knowing I will be there for my wife and son. Life still goes on and bills are due and meals need to be made and I still need to spend time with my son but I know I can do them all and do them well. After 10 years of dealing with this illness it is nice to know I can still participate in the real world and not be labled an outsider. Life is good what more could I ask for...tim
