Went to a support group
I went to a support group on Wednesday night.
That was a huge step for me. It was incredibly hard. The usual moderator is the intake coordinator from Dominion (the last IP I went to) but she was out so there was a fill-in. It was my therapist from IP. Boy was I fucking shaking to no end.

Groups can be so helpful if everyone is recovery oriented. I hope your group is. Kudos for trying.
great job on trying even though you were so nervous. do you think you liked it, will go back?
I don\'t want to go back but I feel obligated to go back. The advice was not helpful. I felt like the most intelligent person in the room and everything that people said I had already tried. Between My Wednesday therapy session and the group....I wrote over 10 pages in my journal. Ha. Figured I would just keep it short.
