Well it's breaking news to me....
Omg, Omg, Omg. A miracle occurred. I swept and mopped the kitchen floor. I vacuumed the den, entry and hallway. I did a load of laundry. Well it got washed but it never made it to the dryer. I'll put it in today.
Now here's where the self doubt creeps in. I'm starting to feel "normal" a little. In the past 10 years when I start to feel "normal" I quickly zing into mania or "mixed episode". So I have to ask myself am I heading in that direction again? I've never had the self awareness to catch it early enough. Last year when I started feeling a bit "normal" I immediately medicated myself down and hit that crippling depression and it was awful. I don't want to do that. But I can't risk an episode either because they are so devastating for me. Let's see how's my sleep? I was sleeping 24 on 24 off, but the last 3 nights I've slept about 7 hours, so check. How's my spending. I bought furniture, yikes, big expenditure. But it wasn't compulsive necessarily. I've been looking at it for years. I didn't go into debt. Still not sure it was a wise move. Questionable, no check. How's my activity level? I'm starting to do more. I'm not gardening at 3am in the morning yet. I don't have lists with 50 to do things on it yet, but still I feel it moving in that direction. Questionable, no check. Oh dear. AAAAAAAARG!!!!!! I don't want to up my med and go back to that sucky depression. What to do, What to do. There's such a fine line for me..

I made a few big expenditures myself in order to get a place of my own.
