Wednesday night

Took meds on time, bath was a few minutes late. I was in bed with the lights out by 11:30. Put the book down at midnight, but couldn't sleep. I tried awhile longer, then read some more. Finally got to sleep at 1:30. I had already set my alarm later, so I still got sleep. I just know that after getting up on time two days in a row that I will not be able to do it on day three and have any kind of quality day. Still, that would have been much more helpful if I had gotten to sleep on time! Ah well.
Fatigue: 5
Pain: 5
Fog: 6 It must be reasonably high today. I couldn't figure out how to turn off my alarm when it went off.

The kids are singing for a play tonight for school. I don't like the place where they are doing it. It's the worse side of town (I would say bad, but this town doesn't really have a good side) and I don't like it. But DH decided to come home early and drive us so I won't have to drive over there alone with the kids. This man rocks sometimes!

Yep, he was good. And thank goodness he drove! That night was chaos at its best. I could skin the organizer of that event. Had to have the kids there at 4:45, but at the last minute we couldn\'t get in until 5:30 (not their fault). Then the event started 30 minutes late. They included a concert AND a play. The kids were in the play. They kept sending the singers back out in between scenes with no explanation of when to come back, if to come back, etc. It was really a horrendous logistical nightmare. But the play itself was good. I felt bad for the kids that worked so hard in drama club having their hard work not truly appreciated due to all the gaffs by staff. But we got through it and finally got home to eat dinner at about 9:30pm. And hour and a half past the kids\' bedtime. I think I\"ll be volunteering for this event next year so I can give feedback on it and point out the flaws.
