We did it

Well Remmy and I did it. We both advanced in our Karate up one belt level now both new things to learn and old things to practice we have a lot of fun ahead of us. I have to admit I still need to learn one self defense better but I will work on it as I work for my advanced belt. I need to sew remmys gi up and put on all of our patches. Today has been another busy but productive day, I do have some old work piling up so I think I may be going into a mild mixed cycle. I hate sundays there is no mail and no updates on my web stuff so It is supposed to be a day of rest and this abilify doesn't like to let me rest. Remmy is singing in choir tomorrow so I have to make sure to get him to church early. I have really been slacking on avon since Scott moved in and I need to get that picked up alot. so I need to start planning that. time forbed...tim
