USED TO BE SHAMY
hey everyone. my new name here is ann54. i had my computer cleaned and gone went everything. they suggested a new password for emails, which meant that i had to do that here as well. all my friends are gone:( please spread the word and if you want send me a friend request.
i am doing ok, think i did a little to much exercise yesterday. there was a sunday nia and it was a lot longer then usual. the dance part was the same but she went into a lot of different things. during the dance at one point my legs felt weak, but that passed. later, i think it was when on the yoga mat i was nauesous and my hands were swollen, wouldnt go away. i left before she was done. then later i walked the dog for a little over an hour. sure enough the old problem of intestional issues came back. i am afraid i am slipping backward.
