Upsy..downsy...

I had a good day.  Woke up feeling not sick at all.  Was up and about doing small chores when it hit me..wait a minute!  I'm walking upright, no pain, no dizzyness, not sweating, not hanging on to whatever body part is hurting  and my energy was good..  Whoo hoo!
1/2hr later i was back in bed thinking "that was good while it lasted".  But with a bit of resting up the day went well, i was out of bed quiet a bit and felt great.
next day didnt feel so good, went to the doc only to find blood pressure is 170/100..not too far from stroke levels...got some new bp meds and trying really hard to stay away from stressful situations ( in the middle of a construction project ..laugh with me)
then i bought tile for my new bedroom.  Was driving past the tile store, popped in picked the first one with the right color scheme and got the heck out!  Unfortunately the combo of docs visit (which did cause me to crash before it was over) and tile store plus work was a bit too much to ask...
so yesterday was one of those vegetable days.  Could not keep a straight thought and could not do much but lie in bed, wondering why my body felt sooo drained (can i blame this in brain fog instead of stupidity?)
today i have a funeral and a work function, plus a contractor to cuss out.  Praying i hold up...
ps: re the contractor, healthy people tick me off so much Sometimes.  He has worked with me before and knows i will just stop the job before its done.  I sat him down this time and explained the nature of my illness emphasizing that time is not my friend as i have no idea when i may get to the stage wher i simply cannot deal with an ongoing project.  Does that make a difference..noooo!   He's moving like he has all the time in the world. I really want to slap him silly.  Breathing...

breathe slowly.........out with the bad air, in with the good. i know how frustrating it is to deal with someone that has a manana attitude and you really want to see than show some drive..........to do what it takes to get it done.

i\'m more concerned about you..........this is a big thing you\'ve undertaken, it will get done, it is going to come together........projects always feel and seem and are worse before they get better..................but without you it\'s hard to manage. you are the primary force behind what you want and how you want it.............i\'m praying for you Max.............I wish with all my might that you had an intern, a student of some sort to run errands and help you by acting as your legs............to get samples and so on..........to save you some energy.

i no you\'re doing your best.........and i know this guy is driving you nutso.......my contractor showed his tail more than once...........and pouted a lot. what is it with contractors, tantrums and mismanagement of time?

do your best to hold on to your cool.............gotta keep your blood pressure level sweetie.............nothing is worth collapse..............NOTHING! certainly not this yo yo................great vent.......and keep letting it out here. don\'t let him get the best of you................tell him to be good or i\'ll put a hex on him.......maybe some voodoo mojo........something........tell him your southern pal says to treat you like a queen................to bring his A game and make your home beautiful in a timely manner or your international cartel of DS Friends will whomp him on the noggin with a big bold yellow nerf bat............hang in there.............hugs.
