update on thumb
Got the stitches out today. A few came out hard but it all worked out. There was still alot of swelling but overall, doc said looking good.
I can now shower that arm but I have to be careful around that pin. I don't have to go back for 4 weeks, then he will xray it and take the pin out.

Neosporin is a great ointment but it is also the most sensitizing ointment out there so please check with your doctor prior to using. I am allergic to it so just make sure you don\'t want to set your recovery back any. Please give yourself time to heal you don\'t want to over do it and set your recovery back any. Great news on the shower they do feel good! Continue the great care you are giving yourself and remember that you are well worth it. Hugs...Kathy
