Unforgivable

I was chatting with my husband on the phone about how we may be pregnant and I bought a test but I'm waiting to use it for when he's home (currently in the hospital). I have never been so angry or so hurt with someone as I am with him right now. He said to me "if you are, you've already messed it up by drinking" .... I told him if we are, and something happens, I won't forgive him for saying that. And I meant it. My logical brain knows miscarriages are common, I've had one myself (ectopic) and I know people who have had many. But to say that I've screwed up an unborn child... He meant it as a joke, but I hope to God we're not pregnant right now. I've never been so angry. So hurt. Unforgivable.
