Trying to avoid the anxiety today

I am in Ohio now helping my mom...It is such a long travel day and my body hurts like crazy.  Everyone was coughing on the plane so I am trying not to freak out...I keep sneezing this morning but it is probably just allergies.  Also,  really screwed up on the time thing...it's almost 9 am here on the east coast and I start to feel panicky like I am wasting the day away..then I realize it's not even 6 yet back in Cali and I am right on time as far as my normal would be...no time restraints really...so STOP.  Flying in and having it be dark already was kind of freaky too...every little change in routine anymore just about sends me off the edge.  I'm such a freak.

I suffer from severe CFIDS and the symptoms can be so exhausting and intense that it makes coping somewhat of a crisis at times. I\'m better adapted to it these days but to be coping with a severe disability that keeps me stuck at home can be an overwhelming challenge at times.

We very much need our routines to function well and there is nothing that makes you a freak for needing that balance in your life.

Take good care and be kind to yourself.
