Trait 9: We confuse love with pity and tend to "love" people we can "pity" and "rescue".

This one I would need to ponder a bit more. I am not sure this one fits me well... I have never really thought of being loved as being pities or confused them. Unless MAYBE I have confused pity FOR love? I guess I could say I tend to love those I can pity in the sense that I can't ever seem to say no and people in need make me feel like I must take them in and heal them the best I can.... 

I might have to revisit this one in the future!
