today's going to be a good day. a good good day!
good session with joanna. spoke about how i turned things around. i need to make a list of what makes me feel better to look back upon for other times like this.
to feel good instantly walking certain dogs (animals in general) and talking/hanging out with blair work the best.
i feel so very overwhelemd. my anxiety is through the roof. i have way too many things to o. i dont know how to get it doen. i am freaking out and working myself upa bout it all. i feel like my brain is going to spin out of control.
***random....just realized that i am always very uncomfortable when single guys (young or old) approach me. i dont like it in public if someone looks at me or even at work- or talks to me. i get scared. wtf?
so....i got a kitty today.
not planned at all!
someone found a kitty outside today (super tiny my guess is 6wks) an brought it in to the store. we called all the shelters and rescue leagues but none had any room :( no one else at the store would take her...so yup- i got a kitty.
we have an 8am vet appointment tomorrow to get her checked out. i found a flea on her just now. eeek. she is consolidated to just the bathroom tonight until she is cleared by the doc.
but she is soooo cute and sweet :) i'll post some pics!

awwwwww, a kitty! so wonderful of you to take her to a loving home and a loving person, she has found the best home!! i know the shelters around here are not accepting anymore cats either, it is so sad. glad you had a productive session and laid out your plan, sounds like you are headed in the right direction. wedding planning and all that goes with is a nightmare, i even remember it 30 yrs ago! you will get through it and try and reach out for help in doing things, are there things carlos could do, what about blair?
You finally have a pet I love. So whenever you talk of your ferrets I can just go: ah but she has that cute kitty, it\'s all good. Seriously she is adorable. I don\'t think I could have said no either. Just be careful you won\'t end up with a whole zoo, lol. What did Carlos say?

when i called him from work yesterday he said \'so take it home\'. so i did lol. he loves her. he didnt want to go to bed last night because he was playing with her. and this morning she had the sweetest quietest meow and carlos got up, got her and brought her to bed!!!!
