things are good,
Things are good. As I was waiting for work to start, I thought about how I’m grateful for it.
It’s definitely therapeutic.
I can get so linear at times when I am in touch with my feelings
and my heart can get so vulnerable and the anxiety can cause me to spin and splinter
but work can definitely help me think about the picture (the broader aspect) of what I am creating in front of me.
In that sense it is a tangible focus which restores stability.
Folks here at the market can be so harsh sometimes but for some reason I’m numb to it now.
I am home now and definitely finding a sense of balance about stuff.
I am trying to get in the habit of controlling my appetite... just in the choices I am making
whether to eat or not to eat... I do eat my meals but since focusing on mental health I have let
the urge to eat dominate.
Finding resources to fend off appetite can be hard to draw upon - but I am finding the same sense
of balance about my appetite - as I do with other things -
and try and remind myself to be self responsible about life...Eating reasonably
and handling that part of my life well is important to me too - just as handling things well
in other aspects of my life is important to me too.

I’m struggling to mind my eating habits too. It’s hard work.
Thanks lil missy and sunshine!!
I'm glad things are good! Eating is a tricky thing for me as well. I try and eat healthy, but with increase in meds, my appetite is way up and it stresses me out because I just lost fifty pounds and was pleased with my body again, but now I'm starting to see it in my tummy again. I'm glad you're able to enjoy your work. Take care, Mark!
Thanks Mich! Congratulations on losing 50lbs!!
