There are no answers
I have come to the conclusion that there are just no answers out there and the best thing I can do is suck it up and move on. I know I am a very analytical person and I feel like with enough research there should be some kind of solution to any problem. Still, after all these years of anxiety it never seems to become any clearer. I have tried apps to track moods, kept track of foods, exercise, daily activities. Other than my irrational fear of becoming sick I have not been able to find a trigger or any other commonality. Perhaps somewhere there is a medical cause but if there is I do not have the resources to make it clear.
School is out for a couple of weeks. My boyfriend is leaving for fishing tomorrow for a few days and then on Sunday I get to go to Arizona and spend a week with my mom. Everything is pretty peaceful so why then do I feel so crappy?
Allergies are very bad which may be contributing to the nausea. Lately I have been keyed up at night and having a hard time going to sleep which is definitely not normal for me.
I found another new app and website that I am going to give a try. It is called 7 cups of tea.
