The speed of changing perspective
This morning when I got up I was feeling pretty good. I was thinking that I was going to come here and write a journal about small victories.
Sunday both of us had the day off together. Something I ate on Saturday did not agree with me and when my stomach was bothering me a little I immediately began on the anxiety track.
This was not going to work for me at all. We only get a full day off together about once a month and I sure did not want to waste it having anxiety all day. I thought about taking an extra dose. I rarely take them...only when things are pretty bad and I can't seem to push through.
I didn't want to mess up our day with the anxiety but I didn't end up having to take an extra dose either. I was able to calm myself and still have a nice day without taking anything. I was feeling pretty good about that.
Between the time I thought I would write that this morning and the time I got to work I started feeling awful. Right now I am still not sure if I am getting sick, or if it's just anxiety, but I am leaning more toward anxiety at this point. Once again I am left to wonder ...why today?
Yesterday was not stressful. Nothing much happened last night either. I had a little frustration with some knotted yarn but that is nothing to have delayed anxiety over LOL.
My professor did email that he was sick and there would be no class today but I have not been anywhere near him and I always wash my hands right away when I get back from class.
Hopefully I can just get busy with the day's routine and it will pass.
so frustrating.

It is a work in progress to be sure. I hope you are feeling much better soon:-)
it seems to be fading now so I guess it\'s just anxiety. I just don\'t have any clue why.
When you run on the ragged edge of stress, it\'s sometimes easy to think...\"oh, here we go again\".
I do believe that there are hormonal problems associated with anxiety.
I highly recommend an Alpha-Stim or Biotuner BT-7 to help take off the edge.
Also, download the Neuroprogrammer-3 and put in your earbuds. i like the \"hypnotic/relax\" algorhythm.
