the cycle continues

Here I am once again having anxiety for no apparent reason.  It makes absolutely no sense why today I am having these issues.  I had a nice quiet evening.  I made all my school deadlines and things are about the same stress level at work as they have been.  I got plenty of rest last night although I still woke up exhausted this morning.  My sleep app said I got 70 % deep sleep.  A very good number.  The workload today will not be overwhelming. Things with my boyfriend have been in a good place lately. Although the flu has been going around campus I have been very successful at keeping myself away from anyone who has been sick and washing my hands right after class to the point that I do not fear I could actually be getting sick.  So?????
I have not been journaling again.  My days have been very busy at work and when I get home I am mentally drained and get lazy.  It's not a good excuse.  I really want to be better about this.  It seems I only manage to break down and make time for writing in my journal when I am truly in distress over this horrible disease.  LAME.
I have been trying out an android app to try and track any anxiety patterns.  It is called moodtrack Diary.  It has a very simple interface that allows you to make a quick note so you can track at a moment's notice without much effort.  I am hoping over time I might see some pattern to this madness.
