Surgery
It's getting close to my surgery day to correct my hip dysplasia and the labral tear that I have so it's a big hip surgery and i'm really hoping everything goes well I'm sure it will. It's almost been a year since I got the labral tear and has been so painful since and I'm really happy that finally it's going to be fixed along with the hip dysplasia as they said that's what made it so easy to tear. I know I'll be on crutches for a month and will need to do a lot of physical therapy but at least eventually I'll be able to stand longer without any pain. For almost a year now I haven't been able to do anything Active, I couldn't stand for more than 10 minutes, and as I said i couldn't do anything active I've been very limited in things I really wanted to and liked to do because of it and my hip has even kept me laying down on days and just resting. So I'm really happy that it's getting corrected soon and I'll have to be in the hospital for a few days but that's ok and yeah I'm just hoping everything goes well.

wow that's a big surgery, best of luck to u (my mom had a hip surgery- where they out pins in/ probably different then yours/ but I know after surgery they do not let the patient 'rest' they have u up and walking the halls like a day after) I guess movement is important in the healing process so its a 'functioning joint'. (In my moms case shes zipping all over the place now/ walks faster than me, so stay strong and keep up with your therapy and the healing process is everything. Wishing u the best results and a speedy recovery :)
Thanks June 4th is my surgery day so yeah hopefully everything goes well :)
