It is definitely very scary thinking that our absence won't matter to anyone. It can make one drown in feelings of loneliness and worthlessness. I am very sorry you had to go through this. I am so sorry. I have felt this way many times before. But it is your mind. I am late in replying, but sometimes I distract myself by watching a funny video or dealing with my kid. Scratch that..sometimes he CREATES more stress and anxiety! Hugs your way!
