so tired of being me

Today is the first day of my 5 day vacation.  I had all these things in mind that I wanted to do.  Finish painting the kitchen, pick and preserve the peaches that are overloading the tree in the backyard...etc.
Instead I am sitting here having a fucking anxiety attack trying to keep my meds down.  really?!  I am so tired of this crap.  I went out about 6:30 this morning and started picking peaches.  I put on a long sleeve shirt to protect myself from getting scraped up by the tree.  Maybe I just got myself overheated but I started to feel nauseated and shaky.  I went out before I even took my meds because it will be 105 here again today and I wanted to get it done while it was still cool ...okay..sorta cool..about 75. I'm having a lot of trouble keeping this heart monitor on in the heat.  Yesterday I had an install to do across town.  Just driving in the heat and carrying stuff from the car the electrodes slide right off.
so tired of struggling all the time

You need \"green dot\" electrodes...but they can be irritating to the skin.

When you are walking on the edge, it can be just about anything that kicks you over the edge and on to anxiety attacks.

It\'s not the extra things that do us in...it\'s the stuff we do everyday...so try to find something to change.

As long as you listen to the symptoms and come in to rest with keeping well hydrated. Can you tape the electrodes to give them a bit of an anchor when moving around? That monitor and the reason for it being needed may be a painful reminder of your health issues. It was when I wore one several years ago. It may be a good day to just rest up and let go for a bit? Just listen to your body and follow what you can do comfortably for awhile?

Yes, we do become worn out from the struggle of it all to be sure. That is where sharing and venting help us cope better. Let it all out girl -- you have survived a lot and managed better than you give yourself credit for.

Tomorrow is suppose to be the last of the triple digits -- we hope, and then 97 -- LOL Be gentle with yourself and keep well hydrated.
