So lost again

I can't believe I am so lost right now. Lost in addiction, grief, loneliness, sadness and depression. No more to say right now.

It will be okay. You can do this!!!!!!! Take one day at a time, and when the urges come, please contact me, its always good to have the support of others that really know what you are going through. Hang in there.
