Sick? or just crazy?-extra dose

So once again I woke feeling horribly sick.  My stepdaughter had been sick over the weekend while she was with us so now I started to worry that I was really getting sick...which only made things worse.  So by 9am I am still pretty bad and not any more sure of which it is so I took an extra dose....guess I will see if it is anxiety or not.  I suspect it is.  If I were a horse they would have put me down years ago.
