Honey, don\'t beat yourself up!! He has done that and now you are doing it to yourself! You owe it to yourself to be kind, patient and nurturing to yourself after what you have been through! Everyone has bad days and I know what you mean, but you have to know on bad days that you are a wonderful person, very much worthy of love, just as much as anybody else, and that just because your perception if yourself is different today, you are still the same beautiful girl you were yesterday. You need to learn to reassure yourself because if you are insecure, abusive men pick up on that, tell you what you want to hear and you are hooked again!!
You are definitely no fool; you made a mistake, it\'s all a learning curve! You are so young, your whole life ahead of you. Just learn and look ahead; only use past staff to draw conclusions and to learn. Look ahead to your future! Your life is what you make it!
