reply..its always the same

Hello Mat,It sounds as though you are having a very difficult time at the moment. You say that you want to pass out and not be here anymore, does that mean that you want to die or for your situation to change? You also say that you have given up with everything, how long have you felt this way? We're here to support you while you are having these awful feelings and hope that you can talk to us about them.Jo

it hurts, hey?

You\'ve been too quiet. Tell me what is going on. I think
something happened to setback the depression.

I really wish you could make an appointment
with a respectable dr. and ask for
meds.

panic attacks are not good.
there is help for them.
there is much stigma surrounding meds
but research is not wrong.

it doesn\'t HAVE to be this hard.

I think that maybe what is going on for you
is what others call \'retraumatization\'

the past is repeating itself, in other words.

it took me a loooooong time to see how this was
happening in my life.

i think you are seeking someone who will change, maybe?

what if all these feelings are not YOUR fault?

it\'s also about control, don\'t you think?
she probably feels she lost control so she
desperately tried to get it back.
and you felt powerless when she left you.
abandoned. rejected.

yes you are so right !! it is control ..she left when she felt she was not in control and leaving would put control back to her.
after that she said were splitting
really it was runing away
