Random Waves of Anxiety

So apparently for no reason today, I am going to have random waves of nausea and anxiety.  Possibly sinus related since this entire valley is one big bloom right now.  Not sure,  tired of being me. FML

some days you think you have come so far and then out of nowhere you feel sick again and you realize it's all been bullshit..illusion.  You are just as sick as ever.
