ramblings of an anxiety freak
It's Saturday. I didn't wake up til 8:30. That is not like me at all. I am usually a pretty early riser. I feel the first pangs of discomfort. Am I sick? Is something wrong? NO. I was just tired, I tell myself. It's a little overcast this morning and the dog is kind of wiped from her big day yesterday so she didn't wake me. My head is pounding. I took one ibuprofen to try and knock the headache down a bit. I am afraid to take two right now, I feel nauseated. I remember horrible calf cramps. Was I dreaming that? I stretch my calf a little to check. Nope, not a dream. My calf is vaguely sore. I make a note to look it up online later when I am more awake. I must need to adjust something in my diet. Probably just need more water. I know I need to get my ass in gear. We have a lot of projects planned for this holiday weekend. I tell myself, Daylight's Burning, Bitch!
The girl that cuts out hair texted me yesterday that she moved to her own shop and is available if we need it. I really wanted to get my gray covered this weekend but I'm worried about money and making it til payday next week. He needs a haircut badly and his is way cheaper so we will probably just do that. I can be gray for another week longer.
I took the dog to the vet yesterday. She had impacted anal glands and vaginitis. So now I get to give antibiotics for the next week. I could tell by her mood change that she is happy I finally figured it out. she has her ears up today and is relaxed. No longer giving me that MoM, why can't you fix this look.
I tell my boyfriend I am trying to get my ass in gear but needed to journal a bit. He is being sweet this morning and asks if i'm ok today. I say, I almost wasn't but I got it under control so I wanted to write it down. He hugs me and says he is going out to spray weeds while it is still cool out and then we can start on the garage. I say, ok, I will be ready by then. (not like it's not almost lunch time...ok maybe it's only ten but that's almost half the day as far as I am concerned) I'm already on the 4th cup of coffee...probably need to slow down but it tastes damn good.
I have noticed lately when I am typing that I end up with the first letter of the next word on the prior word. This just tells me that my brain is not working right. It's just another thing to worry about, I know. More evidence that my mind will always be twisted and just wrong.
Time to stop worrying about random shit and get moving.

I keep trying to keep moving. I feel dizzy and nauseated. I refuse to let this turn into anxiety.
what does that mean, first letter of next word? just curious, I tried to see what u meant but I don't see it- but my brain is screwed up haha:) well, for one, Im glad u are getting things done this weekend, u can touch up your roots with mascara (for a week) just an idea my hairdresser taught me...Im happy your dog is doing better, pets are like our children, its horrible that they cant talk when they have a problem and we have to guess..u can massage your calves, it might help to circulate the blood, hope your feeling better soon and u get everything accomplished this weekend:)
I always have the first letter of the next word attached to the previous word. Great minds, eh? I think you are overanalyzing sleeping till 8:30. Of course, sleep is my biggest problem. I slept 9 hours last night, yet I am anxious today. Glad your BF is being nice. It sounds like you are taking care of business. Just go with that. If you are dealing with all that stuff, you are succeeding in life. I say, "good job".
OH good. I'm glad someone else does that too lol
