pulling out?

Popping in for a quick update.  The last few weeks have been spent crashing, barely pulling out of it then crashing again.
I saw a wholistic doc some weeks ago who charged a bag of money, told me my body was falling apart (as if I didnt know that) and never finished the consultation.  Waited three weeks for a treatment plan, crashing twice in that period (not mini-crashes which happen every day but real crashes which end up in me missing work for a few days).  I finally gave up and moved on to another doc.  The first  one sent me this really nice email this week, apologizing for the delay and indicating how she believed I would be well because I am so committed to healing.  !@^@&*(!!!!!! ..nuff said.
So the next doc put me on the eat-right-for-your type diets and prescribed a whole bunch of homeopathic remedies.  Been tooo exhausted to research them all but the ones I've looked up so far seem to be focused on mood, liver and kidney support.  I've been to him twice and he doesn't explain anything to me, just packs me up with more magic pills and writes a big bill.
Here's the thing.. those 'magic pills' have no effect that I can fathom.  Been on this plan almost 2 weeks and I have basically flatlined.  I am EXHAUSTED .. all the time.. more than usual.  So 'normal' is I function then crash then function again.  This is like being in a crash state the entire time.  I drag myself to work each day, mope around in a daze hardly talking to people and procrastinating on stuff that needs critical thinking.  I have no tolerance, I fly off ht andle at the drop of a hat (I pity my poor son).. I'm just running on empty...
But I'm going to give it my best shot.  I'm eating the right foods..spent hours on the internet yesterday trying to put together a shopping list then I went to the supermarket and got food for the month.  Last week was rougher because I cant just do take out as I'm used to doing..I ate pretty little last week because I was just too tired to out and get the foods I need.  I think the rest of the month will eb better now the pantry is stocked.. now I jsut ahave teo learn  how to cook this stuff...
My positive today is this ..it feels good to be doing something to help my body.  I may need to be patient, but at least I am moving in the right direction.
Blessings my DS friends.

I\'m so sorry Max; wondered how you were. Sorry to hear how tough it has been. I wish for you that you find a Doc you can stay with that gets CFS and listens to you. Hope this particularly bad patch is over soon and you find some consistency. Thinking about you, hang in there! Anne
