PTSD Progress

I just wanted make a note here... I was with someone new this past weekend, and I wasn't triggered by my PTSD while I was with him. I can only achieve orgasm when I am in missionary position, but that some position is very triggering for me when my partner's body in close to my own. But, this happened, and I felt comfortable... I'm not sure what was different. I don't understand why I wasn't triggered. I'm still trying to figure it out, but something must have been different and I feel really good about having a positive sexual expierance where my PTSD did not interfere.
