Prayers Please

Sisters, I am coming to you today asking for prayers for my brother Brian. He has had a stroke and some bleeding on the brain. His blood pressure Was 208/115. They have gotten it down. Doctors say no surgery is needed. The brain will absorb the blood. Will do another cat scan tomorrow to make sure the bleeding has not spread. His left side has been affected but they are thinking he may recover with just a limp. Please keep him in your prayers.

Prayers for each of you during this very challenging time. What a scare indeed and I have seen people have miraculous recoveries from strokes and you wouldn\'t even know that they had experienced one. Hoping that is how it will unfold for Brian.

Take care of yourself too Rhonda, as I know this is your brother. How is your dad dealing with this as I know he has been having his own medical issues too.

I totally understand because I had a stroke myself in 2010. My right side was affected temporarily but all the function came back after a few weeks. Maybe Brian\'s loss of function will be temporary, too.
I\'ll pray that he has a quick recovery. Are they placing him on blood thinner?
