how about tell us, to put irrigation systems into the entire planet's deserts, so that ALL PEOPLE can have food.

At the very least why can't these people be moved to the very edge of their country where there may be some kind of irrigation system?  how many countries have people who look like this?  in u.s.a. its mostly drug addicts who look like this unless a person has cancer or is being held captive by a lunatic.

i SAW a kid like this in big lots once. their security called the police. turns out she was being held captive and they arrested the fat woman, child and her sister and two men and found MORE kids like this on their properties! thank god for the security guy who had the nerve to call the police. the cop didn\'t know what to do, until someone mentioned they were stealing food, so he arrested all of them, including the children, which brought the children into the spotlight at police headquarters, the courthouse and the local hospital that called social service. what a DISASTER! the girl\'s liver was failing from lack of food, her skin was yellowed, and so were her eyes, had the security not done something, she would have died. and that is right here in usa.

People in NA are sick people. Why they do what they do, is beyond me. I don\'t think that this would happen here if people were actually responsible, accountable and respectable people. But sadly...it\'s a world all based on \"me and I\" that things get lost in priority. It\'s so sad.

In countries like Ethiopia...you\'d think that the people with money would want to help those people. You\'d think that because they don\'t know what it\'s like, and they\'d never want to be in that kind of situation, they\'d want those people to never have to be in that situation again. But, what do I know...I guess unless you go bankrupt and are starving yourself...you never appreciate what you have. It should make people want to share their resources...show they actually care. I mean, so many celebrities are standing up for animal rights...what about children\'s rights??? What about all those kids that have nothing at all?!?!

Now, I can understand that underdeveloped countries don\'t have the education or the resources to be able to help them avoid things like unwanted pregnancies...so, there are more people suffering for those reasons...but what about all those children sold into slavery because their families can\'t afford them...and they too would like to eat???? Honestly. If you can\'t afford your kids...STOP MAKING THEM!!!! It\'s frustrating on all fronts I must say. We need to educate....bring condoms to 3rd world countries. Seriously!!!!

they probably can\'t afford birth control and may not know what that is. its third world.

i think irrigation systems are the answer. food forests - they are trying to do that in usa now as well. don\'t plant an oak, plant apple and cherry and berry, plant things that produce food. no one out there should be starving. its tragic
