Opinion of sociopath B... is changing to one who is not sociopath, but one who is anxious

In the first 7 months that I have been here or maybe more, I decided that this one young lady who is very attractive, except for some large craters in her face, skin, that she was a socio-path, because she always seemed to laughing in a manner that communicated that she was making fun of someone, and felt herself to be above and superior to others, like everyone,  since that time and that opinion I have observed somewhat and come to a different opinion.  I think instead of being a sociopath who does not care, that she is trying to hide behind that mask, behind the mask of being a sociopath who does not care because in fact she cares very much.  She is not necessarily easily intimidated, as you can't last for long at this job if you are, but that when she is this is how she acts, to try to hide her intimidation.  so in fact she is vulnerable, and not truly a bitch, although I think her very capable of becoming one if she chooses.
