Every now and again, I read up on the man who sexually abused me and several other females. I knew that he was facing some rape charges and wanted to see where they were with the trial...
Well, apparently, on Dec. 6, 2014, he was charged with 2-4 years in state prison and 5 years of probation. He went into a plea bargain with the state after he pleaded guilty because if a jury convicted him at trial, he would have faced 120 years of prison time...Now, it's just another slap on the wrist!
I can not believe this...With me, he was charged with statutory rape. In 2001, they charged him again in another case, same charge. Now, he's on Megan's Law list. The fact that one day he will be outside of those prison walls scares the crap out of me. Why am I so scared? He doesn't know where I live. It's a fear that just never goes away. I just need to find a way to face my fears so I can overcome them. But how?
