Now What do I do?

The surgery is over.  I survived.  In my head I never envisioned this.  I thought I would not wake up from this and be released from the daily grind.  As my friend said to me....Sorry girl..you are screwed...have to keep on going like the rest of us.
Great. Now what do I do?
My ex was truly a knight in shining armor.  He never left my side...He held my hand ....even when I was sleeping.  Once I got home he cooked, cleaned, did every little chore and almost yelled at me if I tried to do something he did not think I was well enough for.  He says he is not drinking.  I'm not sure I completely believe him.
I had no goals beyond that day.  Of course I will continue to have some heart issues for weeks but although there is pressure they do not believe I will have the racing and the passing out feeling any longer.
This is the first surgery I have ever come out of where I was not puking my guts out for days.  In fact..my first thought when they woke me was hey..I don't feel sick and I'm pretty sure I told the nurse who said she was "my bartender" that administered the drugs that I wanted to kiss her.
