Nothing new

I haven't written in my journal since I went psychotic in April/May.Not much to say.Victor dropped me off at Dad's house about 5 am after I spent the weekend with him.Went back to sleep until 11am.Got three estimates for my car (neighbor backed into it)Talked to Victor 3 times todayStayed on the technical support line trying to fix my computer wireless connection.Went to dinner with Carolyn.Depressed.Smoking too much. Tomorrow, I am going to try and attend an adult activities session at my local NAMI (National Association for Mental Illness....or something like that). I am spending to much time watching TV (nothing on).Reading comprehension is minimal.  Back to square one when I fist joined this site. I do think the meds I'm on are the right ones, albeit they don't do much for depression.
