Monday Blues
I grow tired of being me...I know ...I have said that before. Things have been so up and down with the anxiety from day to day. I have no idea why. One minute I am fine and the next I start to get shaky again. Saturday was another peaceful day where I got a lot accomplished and felt very good about it after. Sunday I started to get shaky about mid morning. I felt fine when I woke up. I keep asking myself if I am stressing about something but I don't have an answer. especially since Saturday I got so much done. It was almost like I wasn't busy enough on Sunday. Not that there is ever any lack of things to do..just don't feel like doing them. We have both been working so much that the house is very dirty. After he came home for lunch Sunday and went back to work I decided I could give Remi a bath and get something else off my list. She was so good it was unbelievable..even for her LOL. I asked her if she wanted to get a bath and she immediately got excited and started to whine. Usually she wants to go but when we get to the pet store she gets nervous and starts getting antsy. Yesterday she was shaking a little but very patient and stood still while I washed her. She is shedding very badly...it must have felt great to get a lot of that off. After I got her a treat and some cat food and put it in the car and then did some obedience work with her on the sidewalk in front of the store. It was sunny and almost 80 so we both got a little work out. After that the anxiety subsided. I was good the rest of the day until bedtime. I had a hard time falling asleep which is not normal for me.
This morning I felt fine at first but as I got ready I started getting shaky again. It's not full blown anxiety where I am going to be sick...just weird shakiness. I know I am not sick though so that is all it could be. Allergies are bad today. I can't see that giving me the shakes though.
Busy day today, follow up with cardiologist and then school. I can't wait for this semester to be over. This professor is so bad. There is only 3 weeks left of class and he still has not graded a single assignment. I have never wanted any class to be over more lol.
As we prepare to go on our mini vacation to see my mom in AZ I did have one realization though. As the time gets closer to us moving back there I am actually worrying about it a little. I think I am afraid that now that I am older and have gained weight I will not be able to tolerate the heat the way I used to. Hopefully going home for a visit will cure that. My boyfriend is soooo in love with this house. He talks about the things he plans to do as though we are already buying it. I am not sure we are ready for that much of a second house payment. It's a cute house for sure.

You are making so much progress -- and the house is beautiful!!
I think when we have health issues over years it is perhaps at the base of a lot of our concerns -- anxiety is just the \'spill over\' I think, or it seems that way to me at least.
((hugs)) shared:-)
