love to all kiss blowers.........xoxoxox, venting about bugs & machines
Howdy,
You would think I was making popcorn cause I keep thinking the little seeds will explode in the soil any second.........I know better, but I hope just like a little kid! The soil is still moist & the rest is up to me to keep things not too wet and not too dry.........but with all the kisses ya'll blew this a way....... I have high hopes that the wee sprouts will pop up and turn into some beautiful wildflowers. Yup, it's a wildflower mix of seeds......contains 17 different varieties in that little box.........guess we'll see.
Also thinking that as soon as we have 70 temps regularly I'll try planting more of the seeds on some ground where grass refuses to grow..........spread out some potting soil and put the seeds just below the surface.........see which way works best! This 2 oz, box says it contains 4500 seeds. WHAT??? OK if you say so American Seed people......!!!! (the box says finest quality seed since 1897)
I went to get the mail and good grief......my mail box was full of creepy crawlies! little tiny fast crawling leggy little buggy bugs. i already had my hand on the mail when i realized the problem, dropped the mail and did the heebie jeebies dance. oh ho ho ho hoho hohoho. creepy. used a plastic grocery bag to help me knock the bugs off the mail...........went back to the house and grabbed stuff.......spray, warm soapy water.......paper towels.........back down the hill...........did battle.........those little insecties were everywhere..........man, what was drawing them to the mailbox like that?
Bizarre..........in the meanwhile I am doing battle with the air purifier and the vacuum cleaner. Not sure who will win and who will survive. Right now the air purifier is laying on it's back on the chair......gasping TIME OUT LADY. I already spoke to 1-800 air purifier people and got instructions from them......now i need to figure out how to make the attachment thingy on the vacuum come on. sometimes techie anything is my undoing. it doesn't have to be brain surgery, it just needs to be basically a machine for my brain to scramble and big clouds to form overhead chanting you CAN'T, you CAN'T.............but eventually somehow I will succeed right? I did manage to download the manuals for both machines, but now can't figure out how to open either manual..........sigh. I am tech challenged and have more than my share of cognizance issues at any given time. I am relatively cheerful though..........
The biggest happy right now is that I managed to get fresh sheets on my bed..........all that's left is to pull the comforter out of the dryer and that will be that. WHEW. Stuff is my undoing........gotta continuously regroup and think I can, slow down, hold on, hang tough............and try again. Sometimes it is very tempting to want to grab a hammer and beat machines into submission, but that SOOOOO doesn't work............
I have so many little jobs to do..............didn't plan on that invasion of the creepy crawlies......oh and did i tell you i accidentally caused the death of my beloved infinity wall clock? so sad............deader than a door nail. i was innocently dusting the tv cabinet with my swiffer........when the shelf holding the receiver, dvd player, etc. went belly up.......everything fell back into the corner and hit the wall. not good. the reverberation in the wall caused the wall clock to leap to an untimely death.........when it hit the floor it bent, the doohickie broke inside and the battery went flying.............
who needs the circus......just come here and wait ........Sparrow will do something goofy several times a week! love to all............i hate creepy crawlies, body shudder...........no wonder i rarely do regular chores, it's too discombobulating!
hugs! and i have the hiccups. lol, perfect............gonna go sip some water slowly & hope for the best.

Creepy crawlies ! Eurgh ! Not a fan either, glad I didn\'t have to deal with the critter mail.
No signs of growth in those little seed trays yet huh? Another couple of days and you should start seeing green shoots of some kind, it\'s exciting just waiting on it to happen isn\'t it?
Death of the clock ! Didn\'t you take heed of my poem? No cleaning allowed, the book said so it must be true.
Hugs

\"As the world turns, the rain will fall, the critters will come and the clock will fall.\" Sounds like you have the start to a woe unto me type of poem in the works. Perhaps this sunshine that is finally shining here in the southeastern US will bring better & happier results to you & all that surrounds you.
I managed to get out of the house Wednesday for a haircut - then for my massage - then to my mom\'s so she & I could enjoy an early Mother\'s Day meal (I took the food) & a stop at the grocery store on the way home, now I am a zombie - shot down & worn out.
Hope you have a good day!
I am with you Serce,I don\'t like creepy crawlies either.. Spiders like to set up shop in our mailbox !! Hope that your wildflowers soon are taking root and blooming.
That dang swifter is a weapon of sorts I think. Its has caused havoc here in my house too...all because I just wanted to dust a bit...sorry about the clock.
Fresh sheets on the bed..just the nicest feeling!! Catching up w/you Serce. Hugs xo
Why does a busy little bee come to mind? All this chore catching up and clock killing is a good sign though.. hugs
