looking up

Treading cautiously into a 'normal' phase.  Chronic pain is all but gone, energy is good, not feeling sick day to day.  Very grateful for this.
I do experience pain in the lower back and pelvic region which ranges from mild discomfort to outright pain when I get tired.  Have had to take painkillers a couple of days. Taking it easy and hoping that clears over time.
Also experieing significant eye strain even when wearing glasses, may be associated with the Plaquenil use , guss I can't avoid doing the opthalmological exam.
This feels different that a BPD upswing, so I hope this is truly the start of recovery.
Came off the Zoloft end Feb. Headspace feels much better, however can't tolerate the med long term, overwhelms my sytem and causes dizzyness, nausea, involuntary muscle shaking and erratic swings (bounce-crach-bounce-crash).  Was taking one 20mg tab every other day.

you\'re so wise.........caution and taking it slow is great advice for all of us. our bodies tell us when we\'re in pain...........some meds hurt more than help us and when we put everything all together it is challenging to go slow, keep watching out for road hazards.......and figuring out what is normal right now and what needs immediate care.........my vision goes wonky a lot. and then on other days it is so clear........some body pain is consistent to the same areas and other pain is random.........strikes here and there and then the next day somewhere else. if i didn\'t live in this body i would wonder if this was some kind of urban myth.........seriously it can be so consistently inconsistent at times..............try not to self doubt, but instead continue on as you are.......chin up, brave careful slowly processing it all ---- take all the time you need..........no hurry needed.........we all just want you to feel as good as you can and have some peace and quiet ..........a feeling of sanctuary and harmony............hang in there........i think you\'re doing well .........i know it\'s tough and it\'s challenging....very challenging.........praying for you and sending soft soft hugs xoxoxoxo
