Let the sunshine in
Well i am not much better but learning to live with what ever life hands me. realizing we do not have much choice except to how we react to it. Some days i think were stronger then others so we manage. I had abetter day today so that gives me hope, knowing the lord is looking after me keeps me going. I LOOKED OUT TO DAY AND SEEN A RED BIRD SO BEAUTIFUL AND I STARED AND THOUGHT WHAT ARE YOU DOING LITTLE RED BIRD OUR YOU THERE WAITING FOR ME,TO LET ME KNOW THERE IS MORE TO THIS WORLD THEN WE CAN SEE SOME TIMES MISSING THE THINGS RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. WE WILL NEVER KNOW ALL TH ANSWERS SO MAYBE WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO WASTE OUR TIME LOOKING FOR THEM ,BUT SPEND OUR TIME ON WHAT IS ON THE HERE AND NOW. i WANT TO FEEL AGAIN I WANT TO LIVE AND LOVE AND SHARE LIFE. I AM ALWAYS WONDERING WHY BUT NOW I SAY WHY NOT THIS IS WHAT IT IS AND i WILL CHANGE WHAT I CAN AND NOT WORRY ABOUT WHAT I CAN NOT, FOR LIFE GOES ON WITH OR WITH OUT ME.

Pondering on the red bird is good for the soul. Sunday I watched the blue jays robins and a woodpecker work for tree to tree. It made me smile at the simple lives they have. Maybe I should simplify my life. It good to ponder.

Just keep looking for those \"birds\" wherever you are. I have my house decorated with 5x7 photo\'s and all are from the Rockies. When I\'m a little down, I will walk around and look at them (and I change them from summer to winter). If I\'m really down and just tired of running into things, then I go up into the mountains, not even very far, find a creek and sit and just listen and nature. That is when I know I\'m here for a reason, even if I\'m not sure what that reason is. So keep it up and keep looking for the things that God is putting in front of you. Remember, he answers prayers in different ways, and that redbird may have been the answer to your prayer or thought of beingg better.
aww this is a sweet journal, it is always nice to see the birds & reminds us of the beauty around us :) We filled our feeders today & there were so many birds. Have a fantastic day, with love XOXO

Allowing the sunshine in and those pockets full of peace is meant to BE for you dear Shirley. Isn\'t it so amazing that nature is such a powerful teacher and healer? So many of my healing moments have been found being present too with the beauty that surrounds me. It feels as if that red bird came with a message just for YOU and you received it.
Wishing you a day full of so much sunshine that sunglasses will be needed! :)
