Lessons on VISION

Today I went to the eye doctor and received my new contact lenses.  HOLY CRAP!  I can see!!!!!  This is a reminder to myself to never let this happen again.  It is amazing how something like that can make you feel so much older. I feel like I just got 20 years younger.  That other eye doctor that I had been going to really messed me up and I lived with it for almost two years.

a co-worker referred me to this eye doctor.  I am so happy.  I went from a 2.5 reading glass to a 1.25.

As I was checking out and paying the bill, I realized I was reading the credit card receipt without any reading glasses...I started bouncing up and down and said...I CAN SEE!!  The girl behind the counter looked at me like..duh..that's the point...this lady has really lost her marbles.  She just doesn't realize how there are bad ones out there where you leave and still can't see anything and the doctor is like...oh well, you are just getting old.
