Less than 24 till it is over
Less than 24 hours to go until I quit. Have my patches, read my support books, planning nicotine clean up day tomorrow. Best of all I bought my last pack of ciggs. ever! The local gas stations will probably forget who I am soon since I wont need to stop every day lol. I am gonna say I am at 5% complete because I am ready to go. I have a plan and do not plan to fail.

IF you can get a book by ALLAN CARR, called the only way to stop smoking and stay stopped! I was quitting so often I felt like a professional! The patches were brilliant and instead of saying I didn\'t want a ciggie I\'d say , yes, I feel like one but I choose not to , it\'s wonderful not having to smoke so I pray you every success.
