Leaving College

So things became to much for me at college I feel bad that my roommate is upset about it but I have to do what's right for me. I was overwhelmed had to much of an overload became stressed it was making me feel ill. This type of college just isn't for me. I'm going to be taking 2 classes at a community college instead. I'll always be best friends with my Roommate Charlotte. I tried holding it all together, I did hold it all together for other people because other people were coming to me for their problems, I have to focus on my own health now and I was never able to do that because I'm so empathic I push everything of mine aside and keep it in so I can help others. I like helping others I don't find it annoying I just need to focus on making sure that I'm doing well right now. Nobody knows how long I've held it together there and held everything in. I finally couldn't do it anymore and broke. I'm doing what the best thing is for me right now.

I think that sounds okay right now. You must take care of and be kind and gentle with yourself. Hugs

The hardest and most important lesson for empaths to learn is to take care of yourself first, and to be able to say "no".

Traditional college is not for everyone. Follow your intuition and most importantly a sense of inspiration/joy/fun.
