incremental gains
Crashing now. Its 5:30, I've worked a full day but have a few more hoours to go..if I hold up.
Today was much better than the ones before. Worked only 2 hours on Wed and crashed out, had to go home. Thur/Fri I worked from home, terribly weak and tired, brain somewhat scrambled but could not sleep so put in full workdays ( a bit dopey but got some work done).
Sat/Sun I tried to sleep..unsuccessfully. So frustrating to be exhausted beyond belief and unable to get the rest you need. I tried to do simple tasks but in short order I was lightheaded and falling over so I was forced to take it easy. So I spent most of those days sitting on my patio thumbing through magazines (too tired to actually read many of the articles).
This morning I woke up feeling human again. Had a good and productive day but in a meeting now and am worn out..trying hard to not have to excuse myself.
Seeing a new doctor this week.. he is supposed to have exposure to CFS .. trying to go in with a positive frame of mind.

hey Max, hope you are feeling a bit better.........CFS is a wear&tear monster sometimes..........i\'m so glad that you rested, i also know insomnia is a bag bugger too..........so badly needing rest but not being able to get much or for long........it feels like we are starving for good quality sleep.......hope your new doctor has more understanding of our condition in direct relation to your life and the best way to deal with all the symptoms. it\'s hard and i know you are trying to do the very best you can...........hugs.........i\'ve been so zonked this week, i understand........God Bless You Max.........you\'re very precious! don\'t ever, EVER forget that!
