This place hired someone who has not been here but about 5 years, and spent most of that time in foster care, has not had case management experience or training, or intake experience or training.  Made her supervisor over several people who have been here much longer and had much more experience with these jobs, made her supervisor of people about whose jobs she has not a clue what they do or how they do it.  Why was she chosen over these people, well if you look at her account on facebook you'll see photos of the program manager here at her kid's birthday party.  the girl probably isn't even out of her 20's yet.  She did not deserve that position nor does she know how to do the job, but thinks those below her are going to help her figure it out/train her how to do her job, that she does not deserve.
Okay a second position was opened up for supervisor,  they choose someone who has been here maybe a year at most, does not have intake experience, can't even screen a report, and who does not know about case managment, his posistion was that of an investigator/family assessor. They choose this young man over those who have been here 7 years or more.
This is not the time for this agency to be making foolish decisions as this agency is already under the gun and in trouble with the state, being watched closely and examined and reexamined by the state because of issues with administration, because of cases that were done shabbily,  The state is looking at this agency to make some drastic changes in reaching state standards, and they choose to place completely inexperienced people to be supervisors.  I will need to pull the last articles that have been written about this agency to address more directly.
