I have a few issues myself, not counting memories that are triggered for no reason what so ever...
when I get in that funk, one thing I enjoy is being on my porch, granted some days I can’t get there, so I picture the birds, the wind in the trees... and fight some of the memories trying to take over...
sometimes I color in my coloring book, with my colored pencils..
sometimes I’ll go out in the country and sit.. find a safe place, dead end road, or a park, and just sit in the car.. sometimes I have the radio on very low, sometimes it’s off...

I have learned that I need that ‘escape’ and with me, it changes from day to day.. moment to moment.. even if I take 20, 1 min breaks.. just kinda a ‘restart’...

The hardest part is two things..
1: finding what works for you ( which is why I have so many, sometimes those don’t work at that moment)
2: pushing yourself to try something different.

It’s very easy to stay in that place, but then nothing will change..

Hang in there.. there’s many many reasons not to give up,
