How long can it go on?-extra dose

So although I am much calmer about the issue the sickness has continued to come and go.  I am really quite tired of the whole thing.  It has to be anxiety and not an illness because it is not consistent.  Some moments I actually feel fine. I also still have that annoying twitch deep in my abdomen which gives you sort of the feeling that you have the chills or the shakes although you know you don't.  Things have been calmer at the house although nothing has been decided.
Sunday night I felt tired and knowing what a long day my mondays are I tried to go to bed early.  Of course the anxiety kicked in and I only ended up laying there awake til I finally got up about 10:30 and took an extra dose.  He had fallen asleep on the couch as usual and came in about 11.  I asked what time it was and he asked why I was still awake.  I told him I was having anxiety and felt hot and sick and did he think I had a fever.  he crawled in and checked my forehead and said..nope, no fever you are all good.  Then he held my hand til I fell asleep.
