horrible laugh

Have you ever met anyone whose laugh is so annoying, that everytime you hear it, you want to strangle them with a piano string.  Maybe thinking of that person as my own child, and how would I feel knowing that someone else wanted to strangle her with a piano chord/string everytime she laughed, just because of the cruel sound it was.  Everytime she laughs you know it's something cruel she is laughing at, she just seems to be the sort that enjoys being cruel to others, but I need more info,  more details about why I sense that other than her laugh.  Her own lack of eye contact with me,  her own smile when she is making someone uncomfortable, Her body language just communicates that she is a cruel and self centered person who thinks she is untouchable, and thinks she can treat others any  way she wants and get away with it, cause her family is part of the local country club.  Others her own age have said she likes to be center of attention, but more so she enjoys looking down on others, being condescending to those around her and those she is suppose to be helping, and even those she works with.  There is nothing charitable or kind about her. Though she wants to have this self image of being a free spirited hippie flower girl, she is really just a self centered, spoiled, and heartless bitch who doesn't care an ounce about any other human being's needs or suffering, and in fact finds thier suffering amusing and funny to no end.
