Happy Wednesday

My co-workers are all laughing at me right now.  I just went in there and announced that the sun is shining for me today.  They laughed and said I've had too much coffee.  Ummm...not yet.

When I left here last night I was so frazzled and tired that I forgot my thermos and water bottle and left them on my desk.  This morning, I am thinking it's going to be a long day without my usual thermos of coffee that I bring from home.  ( I don't care for the french roast cheap crap they make here in the morning. We only usually get to make the vanilla in the afternoon).

When I went to that math class on Monday.  I told the teacher that he had big shoes to fill since the lady he took over for had a 4.5 rating on ratemyprofessor.  I finally got around to looking him up this morning from when he worked in Long Beach.  He had said he would do his best to live up to her..blaaa haaa ha.  he has a 4.9 on there.  All really good and really helpful reviews.  I am even more relieved now about this class.  Right after that, the receptionist came in to tell me she's making a pot of vanilla coffee.  It's only 10am here.  So, I went into accounting and told them all the sun was shining on me today....that is when they started laughing.

I continue to do well mentally.  Except for a few minor days of uneasiness or minor anxiety, I have been really even.  I think it is still too soon to say that this diet is the cause.  I still feel like I will know more when the weather begins to turn colder. Fall and Winter are usually the worst times of year for me with anxiety.  Cold and Flu season, Blah!

In the meantime,  I will just roll with the sunshine and enjoy it while I can.
