Grateful!

I'm really grateful because I don't have to teach today.  It's a treat, even though i've scheduled it that it's never too much of a hardship.   So I have the whole day stretched out in front of me.  I just did a vinyasa flow/power yoga class for a half hour.  It's so incredible that just putting yourself in certain positions can be so strenuous and daunting.  It's easy to become frustrated or discouraged, but I power through and by the end of my sessions where I was pushed hard, a fog is lifted from me.  I feel so much more capable and your body actually wants to do more.....in the past usually i would go to an hour and 15 minute class twice a week and then casually stretch on my own time and also go on runs and hike.  Now I try to do a half hour to 45 minutes of yoga 4 or 5 times a week and also hike.  I'm liking this.  Drinking tumeric lemonade right now and these two cats are being crazy.  Getting ready to stick to a schedule today.  Then I am going to go see "Underworld" at the movie theater, by myself--I've seen a few of the previous movies in the Underworld series and really liked it. That reminds that I wanted to sew a patch that had something from the Blade movies.  In the Blade movies, humans who wanted to be turned into vampires got this symbol tattooed on them.  I want to embrodier a patch with this symbol.  haahha, i'm so dark.  but you know what vampire movie was funny?  "dark shadows" ...i know its a remake...the end is dumb, but i genuinely enjoyed that movie.  ok, now to sewing.
