Good Sunday morning to you guys!
I heard a business leader say the other day, that the people in his business are believing/trusting in him to make the good responsible decisions for their company. It just kind of struck a chord to me. I know I put my trust in the leaders in government and the company I work for and yet I know I am also the leader of my life.

I know I am leading myself in my life, and trusting myself to do so,
I do have needs as well - which set me off balance at times and are a part of the animal inside -
but as all those are in the mix - I don't want to let myself down
by not being a good successful leader. Sending prayers and
good thoughts to all you guys - have a safe, good Sunday.
I'm getting out of the house for a little bit - but then I'll
watch World Cup. :-)

ya got me remembering my first night in frankfurt, germany, january 1974. i thought i'd arrived just in time for the commencement of WW III. turned out it was just a "fussball" game starting up down the road. west germany took the cup that year.
Yeah europeans love their fussball! My first FIFA memory I was on a bus in Rome in the 80s when the Italians won the world cup.
The fans tried to turn over our bus! It was a 'holy sh*t!" moment.
yup, that matches the enthusiasm i saw in front of the frankfurt bahnhof. i witnessed from a safe social distance. i'm not at all sure i would feel safe surrounded by such enthusiasm.
